Payment Policy:
We accept all major credit cards and E-checks through Paypal. Using Paypal, you can make a secure online payment with your Visa, Discover, American Express or Master Card. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment through them. Paypal provides a safe, quick, and simple means to pay; your information is processed by Paypal's secure servers and your privacy is protected by their SSL encryption software. Money orders and personal checks are also welcome. If you prefer to pay by personal check, your purchase will be shipped once your check has cleared; money orders are considered cash and do not require a clearing time.
Payment is expected within 7 business days. If we do not receive payment within 10 business days, the item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
International customers ~ Paypal only please!
Missouri sales tax will be added to all orders in Missouri.

Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship your purchases, unless the size of the package / destination would make UPS ground shipping more economical. The shipping charges include delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, but recommended.
Please note that the shipping rates apply to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers ~ please email me for your shipping charges.
I will ship your order promptly within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your payment (or personal check clearing), and I will post any shipping delays caused by vacations or holidays on my home page.
Should your actual shipping cost be notably less than what you were charged (or if I can combine multiple purchases into one package), I will cheerfully refund the difference to you! Please email me if you any questions about shipping.
Returns:
Vintage treasures and heirloom linens are at the heart of Rose Meadow Cottage Designs. Their shabby chic character may include slight imperfections such as pulled threads or gentle fading that attest to their time-worn, well-loved pasts. I inspect each item with care and describe its condition as best I can so that you can make an informed decision as vintage items and those made using vintage linens are not returnable. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me should you want additional information.
If you find that an item has been damaged in shipment, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all the original packing and boxing materials.
All of my handmade quilts, pillows, and purses / totes are coming to you from a completely smoke-free home. All my vintage fabrics have been chosen not only for their charm, but also for their workmanship and durability, and they have been lovingly pre-soaked, washed, and pressed.
